PHI NGUYEN HIGHLIGHTS: Phi Nguyen is a full-time real estate professional in Modesto, California. Nguyen has been involved in sales since graduating from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration in 2003. Over the last few years, Nguyen has focused on the disposition of bank-owned properties and distressed assets. Living in the heart of one of the most impacted areas of the foreclosure crisis (Stanislaus and San Joaquin County), Nguyen is given daily reminders of the importance of facilitating the sales of distressed properties.
